For orders below US$69, applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination and displayed at checkout before payment.

These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially misdescribed merchandise.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the applicable return inspection or approval of another refund resolution.

12 / Product Use & Maintenance

Customers should follow product-specific instructions for application, removal, cleaning, storage, and maintenance.

Press-on nails should be applied using the appropriate adhesive method and removed according to the product instructions.

Nail cosmetics should not be used on irritated or damaged nails or surrounding skin.

Nail tools should be cleaned and maintained as directed.

Products requiring curing should only be used with compatible equipment and according to the manufacturer's instructions.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction develops, discontinue use.

This section does not limit statutory rights concerning defective or unsafe merchandise.

13 / Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable laws provide additional protections or remedies, those requirements remain effective.
